Description

Here they come…orange foxes, blue whales, red cardinals, and many more Canadian animals in colour! New from the creator of bestsellers Moose, Goose, Animals on the Loose! and Jump, Leap, Count Sheep!, the third book in this Canadian trio introduces young readers to the concept of colour.

Each spread features one of 10 different colours along with a Canadian animal brightly rendered in Geraldo Valério’s simple yet sophisticated paper collage. Each spread also features a lively descriptive phrase full of wordplay, alliteration, and rhyme.

From the familiar black bears breakfasting in a bed of berries, to the more exotic purple sea stars stretching and pink prawns pirouetting, young readers will love discovering wildlife from a mix of environments including land, sea, and sky. An informational spread at the end includes spot art and facts about the featured wildlife.
