His more popular series include: Billy Stuart, Capitaine Static, and Savais-tu? Alain recently won the 2015 Prix Québec/Wallonie-Bruxelles for his book Le géant qui sentait les petits pieds. He lives in Victoriaville, Quebec.

Self-taught and versatile, Maco began his career in the street! It was on the sidewalks of the Byward Market in Ottawa that he spent several summers reproducing works by great painting masters. To express his creativity, he then created his own humorous comic strips published in various Quebec magazines.
