Stéphanié Coté

Stéphanie Côté is a nutritionist and communicator, because she is just as passionate about communication as she is about food. In 2000, Stéphanie was awarded the Fernand-Seguin Fellowship, which recognizes talents in scientific reporting. This gave her the opportunity to learn from some of the best players in the field of journalism. She continues to work in television, radio, newspapers, and magazines and on the Web. Stéphanie is also a registered dietitian at Extenso, the nutrition research center at Université de Montréal. Stéphanie is a firm believer that eating well is not just about health - it is also about pleasure and simplicity. That is the principal message she tries to convey in her books, at conferences and anywhere she is professionally involved. Stéphanie is especially interested in eating behavior, news in the field of nutrition, consumption and cuisine. A devoted mother and sports enthusiast, she has also developed her expertise in children's nutrition and Sports Nutrition. Stéphanie is the author of Babies and co-author of Sports Nutrition, both part of the Know What To Eat series.
