Frank Rockland is my pen name and I'm currently based in Ottawa. I was born in Italy and I moved to Canada when I was a year old. I'm currently employed as a civil servant with the Canadian federal government.
When I attended Carleton University, in Ottawa, I spent a summer as a tour guide on Parliament Hill where I got the idea of writing the suspense novel Fire on the Hill.
Between May and September I spend my time trying vainly to lower my golf handicap.
